Scope and the reused core

In scope: spot cryptocurrencies quoted in USD (BTC-USD, ETH-USD, …) from the free market-data feed. Same three timeframes as equities — Hourly (1h), Daily (1d), Weekly (1w) — same lookbacks, same candle intervals.
Reused verbatim from Parts I–II: all indicators; the four families and their component point tables; the composite S; the direction threshold; the confidence base/slope/ceiling/floor; stop placement (structure − ATR buffer, floor/cap); target selection (structure-first, projection fallback); and refusal gates G1–G4. The only engine differences are the constants (IV.4), G5 (IV.5), and sizing units (IV.6).
